A weathered shell revived into 300sqm of contemporary Cycladic living. Whitewashed simplicity contrasts with local stonework, while the internal reconfiguration allows for a single summer house or three independent residences - ideal for multi-generational retreat or investment.
Beyond the structure, 4,000sqm of neglected land has been transformed into layered terraces. Two pools linked by a feature waterfall complement 300 newly planted species enriching the mature vegetation on this west-facing mountainside across the water from Athens.
This is architecture as stewardship - where heritage, landscape, and contemporary life converge.
